Jason J. Heinen is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude, served as Chapter President of the Federalist Society, and held the position of Symposium Editor of the Liberty University Law Review. Prior to law school, he obtained a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jason began his career with a firm in Delafield, practicing law by day and volunteering with Lake Country Fire and Rescue by night. While in Delafield, he was mentored by an experienced estate planner and corporate attorney while also handling several probate administrations and civil litigation matters.
Jason joined the Law Offices of Mark S. Knutson in 2016. He has advised numerous clients through the complexity of estate planning, trust and probate administrations, and various kinds of corporate transactions. He is mindful of the importance his clients place on the future of their family’s financial stability and security, while still wanting a plan that is simple and cost-effective.
Jason and his wife, Jean, live in Lisbon with their five children. In his spare time, he enjoys everything outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, etc.
